Regulations of the Lobos x Women's Day contest
GENERAL CONDITIONS
These regulations of the competition "Lobos x Women's Day" ("Regulations") specify the terms and conditions of participation in the Competition "Lobos x Women's Day"
1.During the duration of the Contest, the content of the Contest Regulations will be available in the link provided in the content of the Contest, which will allow the user to download, store and play it in the normal course of activities.
2.The conditions of participation in the Contest are set out in these Contest Regulations, and each Participant's entry to the Contest under the conditions set out in the Regulations will be tantamount to the fact that the Participant has read the Regulations and accepts them, has agreed that in the event of a win, the instagram nick and the content of the work competition will be announced on the website indicated in 1.3 above, i.
3.The competition is organized in the territory of the Republic of Poland, Participants send competition works via Instagram.
DURATION OF THE COMPETITION
1.The competition runs from 07.03.2021 hours10:00 to 08.03.2021 hours10:00The results will be announced on the Instagram profile in the comment below the competition post on 08.03.2021 until 22:00.
PARTICIPANTS
1.Subject to point 32Any adult natural person with full legal capacity who is a consumer within the meaning of art.22¹ of the Act of April 23, 1964.Civil Code (JournalATfrom 1964, No. 16, item93 as amended), residing in Poland.
2.Employees of the Organizer, persons appointed by the Organizer to supervise the course of the Competition, employees of entities cooperating with the Organizer, as well as persons directly involved in the preparation of the Competition are excluded from the Competition.
3.By members of the immediate family referred to in point 32 above, shall be understood as: ascendants, descendants, siblings, spouses, parents of spouses and persons remaining in the relationship of adoption.
CONTEST RULES
1.The competition takes place on the social network Instagram.
2.The task of the competition participant is to answer the question asked in the competition post.The comment can be in Polish or English.
3.By sending the application, the person indicated in point 3.1 becomes a participant in the Competition ("Participant").
4.By sending the application, the person indicated in point 3.1, after accepting the conditions referred to in 1.4 becomes a participant in the Competition ("Participant").
5.All submissions containing offensive or abusive content, infringing someone's copyright; containing erotic, obscene, ridiculing, indecent content, violating generally accepted principles of morality, violating personal dignity, references to religious, ethnic or racial symbols, as well as content that does not contain the basic requirements of the competition conditions will be removed by the moderators.
6.Prizes will be awarded to a total of 2 persons selected by the Organizer.
7.The winner will receive information about the win on the Instagram profile in the comment below the competition post.
8.One Participant may take part in the Competition many times, but may win only one Prize during the entire Competition
9.Only applications that reach the Organizer within the duration of the Competition specified in point 21, meeting the conditions of the Regulations.
10.The impact of the competition task is recorded by Instagram.The date and time of receipt of the competition entry will be determined on the basis of the date and time recorded by Instagram.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND COPYRIGHT
1.The administrator of personal data provided by the participants of the Competition is Felmer Investments Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kraków, at ul.Mieczysława Medweckiego 17, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000581839, NIP: 5223041719 and REGON: 362797200 ("Organizer").
2.The personal data of the Competition participants will be processed for the purposes necessary to conduct the Competition and issue the prize and will not be processed for other purposes.
3.Providing personal data by the Competition Participant is voluntary, but necessary to receive the prize.Participants have the right to inspect their data, the right to correct them and request removal.
4.The name and surname (nickname) of the Winner declared in his Instagram profile will be posted on the Instagram page of the Organizers, in the comment below the competition post, to which the participant agrees by joining the competition.
5.Sending an application by the Participant as part of the Competition is tantamount to acceptance by the Participant of the rules of the Competition described in the Regulations.
6.By accepting the Regulations, the participant of the competition agrees to publish the submitted application on Instagram of the Organizers, the Participant posting the application publishes it at his own risk and on his own behalf, and is responsible for any infringement of third party rights.
COPYRIGHT AND OTHER LEGAL TERMS
1.In the event that the entry in the comment placed for the needs of the Competition by the Participant was a work within the meaning of the Act of February 4, 1994on copyright and related rights (JournalAT2006.90.631 with laterdied), i.e. they will be a manifestation of creative activity of an individual nature, the Participant, by taking part in the Competition, grants the Organizer a free, non-exclusive license, with the right to sublicense this work (in this case, wishes) without time and territory restrictions, in the following fields of use:
- in terms of recording and reproduction, in particular by placing on the website referred to in point 1.3 above - production by any techniques, including magnetic recording, photosensitive, audiovisual, digital, optical, printing, computer;
- in terms of trading in copies on which the work was recorded - marketing, lending or renting copies;
- broadcasting by means of wired and wireless vision or sound by terrestrial stations, via satellite (coded and uncoded signal) together with the right to re-broadcast by another radio or television organization and retransmission within digital platforms and/or cable networks;
- exploitation by means of technology, including in text messages (e.g.SMS, WAP, MMS) and audiovisual;
- in the scope of disseminating and modifying the work in a way other than mentioned above - public reproduction, public sharing in such a way that everyone can access them at a place and time of their choice, including the Internet, intranet and other ICT, multimedia and computer networks;
- use in whole and in any fragments, including audiovisual works, television and radio programs and in press, television, radio, Internet advertising, etc.

GIVEN AWARDS
1.Participants will be notified by e-mail about the details of receiving the prize.
2.The Participant who won is obliged to provide the Organizer with a valid e-mail address at the Organizer's request.
3.Failure to do so or providing an incorrect address will result in the inability to redeem the Prize and will result in the loss of the Participant's right to the Prize.
4.In addition to the situation described in 7.2 above, the winners lose the right to the prize and it becomes the property of the Organizer in the following situations:
- in case of refusal to accept or failure to collect the prize by the winner,
- if the Organizer does not receive the shipping address for the prize within 7 days from the date of notification, i.e.sending information to the e-mail address provided about the win.
5.Each Participant has the right to lodge a complaint related to the Competition - starting from the date of commencement of the Competition to 14 days from the date of completion of the Competition.The date of the postmark is decisive.Complaints received by the Organizer after the above-mentionedtime will not be considered.Complaints should be submitted only in writing by registered mail to the Organizer's address with the annotation "Complaint to the Competition: "Lobos x Women's Day". The complaint should contain: name, surname, PESEL number, address of the Participant, reason for the complaint along with its justification and signature.
6.Complaints will be considered by the Organizer within 7 working days from the date of their receipt.The Participant will be notified of the Organiser's decision by registered letter sent to the address provided in the complaint immediately after its consideration (date of the postmark is decisive).
7.The Organiser's decision on the complaint is final.
OTHER PROVISIONS
1.The Organizer informs that the Contest is in no way sponsored, supported, administered or associated with Instagram.Instagram is a trademark registered by Facebook Inc., and the Delaware Corporation headquartered at 1601 p.California Ave, PaloAlto CA 94 304.The information provided by the Competition participants is information provided to the Organizer, and not to the Instagram portal.This information will be used only for the purpose of conducting the Competition by the Organizer.
2.Participation in the Competition is voluntary.
3.In the event of irregularities during the Competition resulting from abuse on the part of the Participant, including in particular the Participant's violation of the rules of the Competition Regulations, the Organizer has the right to irrevocably exclude a given Participant from the Competition, informing the Participant about it by sending a message to the e-mail address Participant's email.The Organizer reserves the right to entrust the performance of individual organizational, administrative and other activities as part of the implementation of the Competition to the Organizer's subcontractors.Entrusting the duties to subcontractors does not change the fact that the Organizer of the Competition is responsible for the correct calculation and payment of the tax to the relevant tax office.
4.Any additional information about the Competition related to its functioning can be obtained by the Participant of the Competition by sending a private message on the Facebook pages and via the Instagram platform of the Organizers.This Competition is not a game of chance within the meaning of the Act of 19. 11.2009 on gambling (JournalAT09201.1540 from poses.d.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
1.The administrator of personal data provided by the Participants is "Lobos x Women's Day" ("Competition").O Felmer Investments Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością with its registered office in Kraków, at ul.Mieczysława Medweckiego 17, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register, under KRS number: 0000581839, NIP: 5223041719 and REGON: 362797200 ("Organizer").Personal data of Participants will be processed for the purposes necessary to conduct the Competition and issue the prize and will not be processed for other purposes (legal basis: art.6 sec.1 lit.f) Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) ("Regulation").
2.In addition to the purposes indicated in par. 52 (primary purposes), the Organizer may process Participants' personal data for other legally permissible purposes (secondary purposes), when the primary and secondary purposes are closely related.As part of such processing, the Organizer, acting pursuant to art.6 sec.1 lit.f) of the Regulation, provides for the processing of personal data also for the following secondary purposes: (a) explanatory proceedings related to the consideration of complaints or (b) transfer of Participants' personal data to an archival database.
3.Participants' personal data will be processed for the duration of the Competition, and after that time for a period of 14 days.
4.In connection with the processing of personal data by the Organizer, each Participant is entitled to:
a) the right to access your personal data,
b) the right to rectify them when they are inconsistent with the actual state,
c) the right to delete or limit data processing,
d) the right to object to the processing of personal data,
e) the right to transfer data.
5.The supervisory body towards the Organizer in the field of processing personal data of Participants is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.The participant has the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
6.Providing personal data by the Participant is voluntary, but necessary to receive the prize.
7.Sending an application by the Participant as part of the Competition is tantamount to acceptance by the Participant of the rules of the Competition described in the Regulations.
8.By accepting the Regulations, the Participant agrees to publish the submitted application on the website. The Participant posting the application publishes it at his own risk and on his own behalf, and is responsible for any infringement of third party rights resulting from submitting the application in the competition, in particular copyright.
