Refund Policy

14-DAY RIGHT OF RETURN

Within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment, you can return the goods purchased in our online store without giving a reason.

The returned goods must be intact with tags intact. It should be returned in the original Lobos packaging and packed in such a way that it will not be damaged during transport (straps and chains should be placed inside the bag or secured in such a way that they do not damage or deform on the leather).

To make a return, please submit it by e-mail to the following address: info@lobosbags.com, and then return the unused goods with the attached completed return form, which can be downloaded here.

FREE INPOST RETURN (FOR RETURNS IN POLAND)

If you want to use the convenient return INPOST:

1. Click on the link below and follow the instructions on the page:

2. Stick the barcode label on the parcel in place of the old label.

3. Put the return form and the products you want to return in the box that your order came in. Remember to put the return form in the package.

4. You can order a courier or take the package to any PACZKOMAT®

STANDARD RETURN

If you cannot or do not want to use the convenient INPOST return option, you can send the goods back to us at your own expense. Please note that we do not accept COD shipments. You make the return at your own expense. This cost is non-refundable.

Duties and taxes outside the European Union are not included. Please note that shipping cost, duties and taxes are not refundable by Lobos. However, you may be able to recover duties and taxes by contacting your local customs authorities directly. We do not cover any additional bank fees charged by local banks and any additional shipping fees that were incurred on the original shipment.

 

CANCEL

If your order hasn't been shipped yet, you can cancel it at no extra cost. You will receive a full refund.

To cancel your order, write to us at info@lobosbags.com and we will reply with confirmation within 24 hours.

 

REFUND

We accept returns within 2 business days of their delivery to our warehouse. During peak periods it may take up to 7 working days. As soon as your return is accepted, we will immediately forward the request to our bank and inform you by e-mail.

The time needed to complete the refund may vary depending on the payment method:

Credit card: our bank will refund you within 7 working days from the date of confirmation. The time it takes for credit to be credited back to your account depends on your credit card company.

TPAY: our bank will refund you within 7 working days from the date of confirmation. The time it takes to put the credit back into your account depends on your bank.

PRZELEWY24: our bank will refund you within 7 working days from the date of confirmation. The time it takes to put the credit back into your account depends on your bank.

COD: You will see your refund in your account within 7 working days from the date of confirmation.
