Privacy Policy

For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, the following terms have been used:

Administrator - Lobos Energy sp. z o.o., Mieczysława Medweckiego Street 17, 31-870 Kraków, NIP number 6751761487. The Administrator can be contacted by phone at +48 502 264 158 or via email at info@lobosbags.com. The Administrator is the sole data controller in the Service.

Service – The Website located on the Internet at the URL https://lobosbags.com/, owned by the Administrator.

User - The Service's offer is directed to natural persons, legal entities, and entities without legal personality capable of acquiring rights and incurring obligations, located in the territory of the Republic of Poland. Natural persons without full legal capacity should obtain the consent of their legal representative before using the Services offered by the Service and present it at the request of the Administrator.

  1. Personal data provided during contact with the Service and its support, during Account registration, when subscribing to the newsletter, and during competitions and promotions organized by it are processed by the Administrator based on the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data.
  2. Although providing personal data is voluntary, refusal to provide data may result in the non-fulfillment of services offered in the Service.
  3. The User has the right to access the content of their data and the right to rectify, delete, restrict processing, the right to data portability, the right to object, and the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. The User has the right to lodge a complaint with the GIODO (UODO) if they believe that the processing of their personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016, or the Act of May 10, 2018, on the protection of personal data. Users' personal data is not shared with other entities, except for public authorities authorized under separate regulations.

  3. The Administrator may use the above data to generate statistics helpful in administering the Service and to improve the quality of the services offered. These summaries are aggregated and do not contain data identifying individuals visiting the Service. This data is not disclosed to other persons and entities.      

 

Programs Used on the Website

The Administrator informs that the following programs are used on the website:

  2. Facebook Analytics - used to check website statistics;
  3. TikTok Analytics - used to check website statistics;
  4. Smartlook - a program that records User actions on the site to improve its effectiveness;
  5. GetResponse, iPresso, Salesmanago, MailChimp - marketing automation programs used to improve the quality of services provided.
  6. Location recognition - the client may consent to the retrieval of their location when they start using the website or disable this function of the website. Consent to location retrieval can be withdrawn at any time.
  7. Shopify - Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides us with an e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and general Shopify application. Shopify stores data on a secure server with a firewall.
  8. Baselinker - a program for managing orders in the online store.
  9. Sente - a program for managing orders and invoices in the online store.
