Shipping policy
We offer free shipping and returns within Poland.
Order processing begins on the next business day after payment has been received in the seller’s account.
Shipping within the European Union costs 15 EUR.
Shipping within the European Union is free for orders over 250 EUR.
Shipping outside the European Union costs 30 EUR.
Customs duties and taxes outside the European Union are not included.
The standard delivery time in Poland is 1–2 business days, within Europe 2–5 business days, and outside Europe 2–15 business days.
The store is obliged to deliver the goods to the customer within 30 days from the date the contract is concluded. If the shipment is not delivered within this period, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract, regardless of the reason. The store is obliged to refund the full amount paid by the customer, including delivery costs, within 14 days from the date the notice is received.
In the event of circumstances preventing the execution or timely completion of all or part of the order, the customer will be informed without delay. The customer has the right to withdraw from the order in full or in part, or to request a price reduction. A receipt or VAT invoice is included with every order.
