Promotion Rules "Forma Eterna – Handbag with Card Case"

1. Organizer

The organizer of the promotion is AML CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Sp. z o.o., Mieczysław Medwecki Street 17, 31-870 Kraków, KRS: 0000564349, NIP: 6751520252, REGON: 361842340.

2. Name and duration of the promotion

The promotion is called “Forma Eterna – Handbag with Card Case” and is valid from September 20, 2025 until the end of September 21, 2025 or until stocks run out.

3. Promotion rules

  1. As part of the promotion, each purchase of a handbag from the Forma Eterna collection allows adding a card case for the price of 1 zł.
  2. To use the promotion, you must:
    • on the product page of the selected handbag included in the promotion, click the “Add to cart” button next to the card case and add it to the cart together with the handbag.
  3. The handbag can be bought without the card case, however, the card case at the promotional price of 1 zł is only available when purchasing the handbag.
  4. Placing an order for the card case alone will result in order cancellation.
  5. The price of the set = price of the handbag + 1 zł for the card case.

4. Returns and complaints

  1. In case of withdrawal from the contract (return), the customer is obliged to return the entire set, i.e., the handbag and the card case.
  2. Failure to return the card case will result in a deduction of the full price of the card case, i.e., 290 zł, from the refund amount.
  3. Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable laws and the store regulations.

5. Final provisions

  1. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless the Organizer decides otherwise.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion or end it at any time without giving a reason.
