Terms and Conditions of the Promotion "Lobos x Olfaktoria - Bag with Scarf and a Surprise"

1. Organizer

The organizer of the promotion is AML CAPITAL MANAGEMENT Sp. z o.o. , ul. Mieczysława Medweckiego 17, 31-870 Kraków, KRS: 0000564349, NIP: 6751520252, REGON: 361842340.

2. Name and duration of the promotion

The promotion is called "Lobos x Olfaktoria - Bag with Scarf and Surprise" and is valid from August 29, 2025, until further notice or while supplies last.

3. Promotion Rules

  1. As part of the promotion, each purchase of a bag from the Lobos x Olfaktoria collection includes:
    • scarf included at no extra cost ,
    • For the first 30 purchases of bags from the collection – samples of Tiziana Terenzi perfume (also at a price of 0 zł).
  2. The handbag, scarf, and any perfume samples are part of a promotional set – there is no option to:
    • purchasing a handbag without a scarf,
    • purchasing the scarf alone,
    • purchasing perfume samples only.
  3. Clicking the "Add scarf" / "Buy scarf" button on the product page does not add an additional scarf to the set and is for informational and promotional purposes only.
    The set includes one scarf for one bag .
  4. Placing an order for only a scarf will result in the cancellation of that order .
  5. The price of the set is equal to the price of a bag from the collection.
  6. A purchase limit of 4 bags per person applies.
    If you place an order for a larger number of bags, the order will be cancelled.

4. Returns and Complaints

  1. In the event of withdrawal from the contract (return), the customer is obliged to return the entire set , i.e. the bag, scarf and – if applicable – perfume samples.
  2. Failure to return any item in the set will prevent the return from being processed – in such cases, the return will not be accepted.
  3. Complaints are processed in accordance with applicable laws and the store's regulations.

5. Final Provisions

  1. This promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, unless otherwise decided by the Organizer.
  2. The organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion or to end it at any time, without giving a reason.
