1. Organizer

2. Name and duration of the promotion
The promotion is called “Christmas Lobos Voucher” and is valid from December 5, 2025 (Friday) to December 7, 2025 (Sunday), until the end of the day.
3. Promotion rules
- For every order of products of the Lobos brand worth over 800 zł, the following is added:
- a gift voucher worth 200 zł in electronic form (sent by e-mail),
- the same voucher in physical form included in the shipment – perfect to give to a loved one.
- To use the promotion, you must add the voucher to the cart – it appears with every product that meets the promotion conditions.
- The voucher is one-time use and valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- In case of order return:
- The voucher is cancelled.
- If the voucher was used before the return, the amount of 200 zł will be deducted from the refund amount.
- The promotion applies only to orders placed during its validity period.
4. Returns and complaints
- Returns are handled according to the store regulations.
- If the voucher was used before the product return, deduction of the voucher value (200 zł) is mandatory.
5. Final provisions
- The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions, unless the Organizer decides otherwise.
- The Organizer reserves the right to change the promotion terms or end it at any time without giving a reason.
