We emboss up to three letters in gold, using the same technique as the LOBOS logo on the same pin. One typeface, one location.

We emboss it in Kraków before the bag is shipped to you. It arrives ready, with the letters already in place.

How does it work?
  1. On the MINI Q or MIDI Q bag page, add “Gold initials” in the “Choose accessories” section.
  2. Right after you place your order, we’ll email you asking for the letters.
  3. Reply with up to three letters A–Z, without Polish characters.
  4. We emboss them and ship your order. Shipping: within 14 days.
Rules at a glance

Up to three A–Z letters, in one font, in one position on the pin. No Polish characters, numbers, or special characters. We will emboss exactly the form you submit.

Personalization terms
Returns and Complaints

Once you confirm the letters, the bag with embossed initials is made to order and cannot be returned (Article 38, point 3 of the Consumer Rights Act). Until then, you may return the order under the standard terms. We continue to process claims regarding manufacturing defects as usual.
