14-DAY RETURN POLICY

Within 14 days from the date of receiving the shipment, you can return the goods purchased in our online store without providing a reason.

The returned goods must be in an unaltered condition with tags intact. They should be sent back in the original Lobos packaging (which is not a shipping box) and packed in such a way that they do not get damaged during transport (straps and chains should be placed inside the bag or secured in a way that they do not damage or leave marks on the leather).

To make a return, you need to report it via email to: info@lobosbags.com, and then send back the unused goods along with the completed return form, which can be downloaded here.

FREE RETURN INPOST PACKAGE MACHINE® (FOR RETURNS WITHIN POLAND)

If you want to take advantage of the free return via PACKAGE MACHINE®:

1. Click on the link below and follow the instructions on the page:

2. Remove the old label from the box and stick on the new one.

3. Place the return form and the products you wish to return in the box in which the order was delivered. Remember to include the return form in the package and properly secure the returned products.

4. Take the package to any PACKAGE MACHINE® pickup point.

RETURN AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

If you cannot or do not want to use the free return option via PACKAGE MACHINE®, you can send the goods back to us at your own expense. Please note that we do not accept cash on delivery shipments. The return is at your own cost. This cost is non-refundable.

Customs duties and taxes outside the European Union are not included. Please remember that shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes are not refundable by Lobos. However, there may be a possibility to recover customs duties and taxes by contacting local customs authorities directly. We do not cover any additional bank fees charged by local banks or any additional shipping costs incurred during the original shipment.

CANCELLATION

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it without any additional costs. You will receive a full refund.

To cancel your order, please write to us at info@lobosbags.com, and we will respond with confirmation within 24 hours.

REFUND

We accept returns within 2 business days from their delivery to our warehouse. During peak periods, this may take up to 7 business days. As soon as your return is accepted, we will immediately send a request to our bank, and we will inform you via email.

The time required to process the refund may vary depending on the payment method:

Credit card: our bank will refund you within 7 business days from the date of confirmation. The time required to restore the credit back to your account depends on the credit card issuer.

P24: our bank will refund you within 7 business days from the date of confirmation. The time required to restore the credit back to your account depends on your bank.

CASH ON DELIVERY: you will see the refund in your account within 7 business days from the date of confirmation.
