14-DAY RETURN POLICY
You can return goods purchased in our online store within 14 days of receiving the shipment without giving a reason.
Returned merchandise must be in pristine condition with all tags intact. It should be returned in its original Lobos packaging (which is not the shipping box) and packaged to prevent damage during transit (straps and chains should be placed inside the bag or secured to prevent damage or creasing of the leather).
To make the return must be reported it by e-mail to the following address: info@lobosbags.comand then return the unused goods with the enclosed completed returns form, which can be downloaded here.
FREE RETURN TO INPOST PACZKOMAT® (FOR RETURNS WITHIN POLAND)
If you want to use the free PACZKOMAT® return:
1. Click on the link below and follow the instructions on the website:

2. Remove from box old label and stick a new one.
3. Place the returns form and the items you wish to return into the box your order arrived in. Be sure to include the returns form in the package and properly secure the returned items.
4. Take the parcel to any collection point PACZKOMAT®
RETURN AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE
If you cannot or do not want to use the free option PACZKOMAT® returns, you can return the goods to us at your own expense. Please note that we do not accept cash-on-delivery shipments. Returns are made at your own expense. This cost is non-refundable.

Customs duties and taxes outside the European Union are not included. Please note that shipping costs, duties, and taxes are not refundable by Lobos. However, it may be possible to recover customs duties and taxes by contacting your local customs authorities directly. We do not cover any additional bank fees charged by local banks or any additional shipping fees incurred during the initial shipment.
CANCELLATION
If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can cancel it at no additional cost. You'll receive a full refund.
To cancel your order, please write to us at info@lobosbags.comand we will respond with confirmation within 24 hours.
COST REIMBURSEMENT
We accept returns within 2 business days of arrival at our warehouse. During peak periods, this may take up to 7 business days. As soon as your return is accepted, we will immediately submit a request to our bank and notify you via email.
The time it takes to process your refund may vary depending on your payment method:
Credit card: Our bank will refund your funds within 7 business days of confirmation. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on your credit card issuer.
P24: Our bank will refund your funds within 7 business days of confirmation. The time it takes to restore the credit back to your account depends on your bank.
CASH ON DELIVERY: You will see the refund in your account within 7 business days from the date of confirmation.
