14-DAY RETURN RIGHT

You can return goods purchased in our online store without giving a reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.

Returned goods must be intact with tags intact. It should be sent back in the original Lobos packaging and packaged so that it is not damaged during transport (straps and chains should be placed inside the bag or secured in such a way that they do not damage or crease on the skin).

To make a return, please report it by e-mail to the following address: info@lobosbags.com and then send back the unused goods along with the completed return form attached, which can be downloaded here.

FREE RETURN INPOST PACZKOMAT® (FOR RETURNS WITHIN POLAND)

If you want to use the convenient PACZKOMAT® phrase:

1. Click on the link below and follow the instructions on the page:

2. Stick the barcode label on the shipment in place of the old label.

3. Place the returns form and the products you wish to return in the box in which your order was delivered. Please remember to include the return form in your package.

4. Take the parcel to any PACZKOMAT®

RETURN AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE

If you cannot or do not want to use the convenient return option of PACZKOMAT®, you can send the goods back to us at your own expense. Please remember that we do not accept cash on delivery. You make the return at your own expense. This cost is non-refundable.

Customs and taxes outside the European Union are not included. Please note that shipping costs, duties and taxes are non-refundable by Lobos. However, it may be possible to recover customs duties and taxes by contacting your local customs authorities directly. We do not cover any additional banking fees charged by local banks and any additional shipping fees incurred on the original shipment.

 

CANCEL

If your order has not yet been shipped, you can cancel it at no additional cost. You will receive a full refund.

To cancel your order, please write to us at info@lobosbags.com and we will respond with a confirmation within 24 hours.

 

REFUND

We accept returns within 2 business days of delivery to our warehouse. During peak periods this may take up to 7 business days. As soon as your return is accepted, we will immediately send a request to our bank and notify you by e-mail.

The time it takes to process your refund may vary depending on your payment method:

Credit card: our bank will refund your funds within 7 business days from the date of confirmation. The time it takes for credit to be restored back to your account depends on your credit card company.

VIVA WALLET: our bank will refund your funds within 7 business days from the date of confirmation. The time it takes for the credit to be restored back to your account depends on your bank.

DOWNLOAD: you will see the refund in your account within 7 business days from the date of confirmation.
