Terms and conditions of the “Gift: gold chain” promotion

1. Organizer

The promotion is organized by Lobos Energy Sp. z o.o., ul. Mieczysława Medweckiego 17, 31-870 Kraków, NIP: 6751761487 (hereinafter: the “Organizer”), which operates the online store www.lobosbags.com.

2. Promotion name and duration

The promotion is called “Gift: gold chain” and is valid from August 11, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. until August 12, 2026, at 8:00 p.m. — or until the gift supply is exhausted, whichever occurs first.

3. Products included in the promotion

The promotion applies to the following handbag models available at www.lobosbags.com:

  4. MIDI Q Orchidea
  5. MINI Q Camelia
  6. MIDI Q Camelia

  11. MIDI Q Cappuccino
  12. MIDI CAPRI Caramel
  13. CAPRI Cappuccino

4. Promotion terms

  1. For each handbag from the list specified in section 3 purchased during the promotion, the Organizer will include one gift: a gold chain with a catalog value of PLN 390.
  2. If the Customer chooses the “Gold initials” personalization for the handbag (for models for which personalization is available), this personalization is also included as a gift during the promotion, and the initials replace the gold chain.
  3. Each purchased handbag comes with one gift: either a gold chain or gold initials. Gifts cannot be combined or accumulated.
  4. The gift is included in the shipment with the ordered handbag. The gift does not appear as a separate item in the cart.
  5. The handbag together with the gift constitutes a promotional set — the gift cannot be purchased separately, nor can a handbag from the list be purchased without the gift.
  6. The price of the set is equal to the price of the handbag. The gift cannot be exchanged for cash or another product.
  7. The promotion is valid until the gift supply is exhausted. Once the supply has been exhausted, the Organizer will announce the end of the promotion on the store’s website.

5. Returns and complaints

  1. In the event of withdrawal from the contract (return), the Customer is required to return the entire set, i.e. the handbag together with the gift received.
  2. If the gold chain received as part of the promotion is not returned, the refund amount will be reduced by PLN 390, i.e. the catalog value of the gift.
  3. The “Gold initials” personalization — as a permanent modification made to an individual order — is not subject to a separate return; the handbag may be returned under the terms specified in the store’s regulations.
  4. Complaints are handled in accordance with applicable law and the store’s regulations.

6. Final provisions

  1. The promotion cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions unless the Organizer decides otherwise.
  2. The Organizer reserves the right to change the terms of the promotion or end it at any time, without giving a reason, while respecting the rights acquired by Customers.
  3. In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the provisions of the regulations of the www.lobosbags.com store and generally applicable law shall apply.
